I have been working at Despec AŞ as the Assistant to General Manager since 2015. The absence of a barrier between us and our managers and the importance given of our feelings and thoughts are the biggest reasons I do my job with pleasure. Here, I am continuing my learning process with a new adventure and information every day, and I am happy about it.

I joined Despec AŞ in 2006 as a Customer Representative. Thanks to the gains I built up from the experiences of my managers, I have worked in different positions as Purchasing Operations Manager, Assistant Product Manager and Product Manager. Today, I am proud and happy to be a part of this warm home where I work as a Team Leader.
